With over a decade of experience in Operations Management and Organizational Development, Robert Masters has the ability to effectively assess organizational needs and identify barriers to organizational success. Robert has worked across many industries such as Non-Profit Organizations, Management Consulting, SaaS Technologies, Construction Management, and Finance. His expertise is in Organizational Effectiveness, Training and Development, and Performance & Talent Management.
Robert has a Master’s in Industrial-Organizational Psychology with a Human Resources Concentration and holds a SHRM-CP certification. He is motivated by aligning organizational goals with strategies and change initiatives. What inspires Robert about working with organizations is creating interventions to resolve challenges and generating creative improvements that make a difference.
In his free time, Robert loves to travel and learn about new cultures around the globe. He is also an outdoor enthusiast and enjoys exploring nature through hiking, kayaking, and camping.
Diba Rowhani has combined her career as a Business Psychologist with her passion for understanding human behavior and organizational success. She has operational and developmental experience in various industries such as SaaS Technologies, Healthcare, Transportation, Retail, and Behavioral Health. Her expertise is in working with Start-Up Organizations and Small Businesses in building out systems and processes from ground up, all while connecting Organizational Goals with Operational Practices.
Diba has a Master’s in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and has focused her research on Leadership Development - connecting the relationship between leadership behaviors and positive organizational outcomes. She is motivated by helping organizations and leaders better understand challenges and working together to solve problems by effectively managing people and practices.
In her free time, Diba likes to cook and hike beautiful landscapes. She fluently speaks English, Farsi/Persian, and Spanish.
